This notice explains how Stockport Tree Surgeons (a trading name of JCosti Limited) uses the details you give us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, postcode, and optionally your email address and a description of the work. If you call us we receive your phone number.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. Stockport Tree Surgeons passes enquiries to a partner tree surgery company that carries out the work, so your details will be shared with that company so it can contact you and quote. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Calls

Calls to our phone number are answered by our partner tree surgery company, which will use your number only to discuss and quote for your enquiry.

Where it’s stored

Enquiry forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by sending a request through the form on our contact page. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
